Animation

The GIF-Me-a-Reason project was a challenge to convey a randomly assigned word using only the first letter of the assigned word. The word I received was "compression," so I had to convey the meaning of compression only using the letter "C" in the form of a looping GIF.
The poster animation project comprised taking two posters and animating them to best convey their meaning. The first poster below is "Productivity 1960," which was taken from the American Institute of Graphic Design's archive of award winning posters. I recreated the original poster and added animated text embellishments to indicate the original meaning of the poster.
The poster animation project comprised taking two posters and animating them to best convey their meaning. The second poster below is an announcement for Lotta Nieminen visiting the University of North Texas. I made the poster based off the works of one of my favorite graphic designers, Lotta Nieminen, and then animated it to convey its meaning and catch the eye.
